How to "remove" fake camera?

Hi all,
When I run arv-tool-0.8 I see the following output:

Aravis-Fake-GV01 (127.0.0.1)

This appears even though I haven’t started a fake camera, and continues to appear even after a reboot. How can I somehow “remove” this fake camera so that it does not appear in the list of available cameras?

For completeness:
If I run

./arv-tool-0.8 features

I get the following output:

Aravis-Fake-GV01 (127.0.0.1)
Could not open device 'Aravis-Fake-GV01': GigEVision read_memory timeout

System setup:
Ubuntu 20.04
aravis Version 0.8.30

Hi,

You must probably have an instance of arv-fake-gv-camera-0.8 running on another machine or vm on your network.
