Installing on Ubuntu 20.04

Hi Team,

Im attempting to install Aravis on fresh install of Ubuntu 20.04, following the instructions here.

I had to install meson and pip as root in order to get it to work, this doesnt seam right.

What is the correct procedure to install Aravis?

Hi Tim,

Please describe the issues you faced.

It is not required to be root to install Aravis, except for the USB udev rules if you want to use a USB3Vision camera.
