Status of support for build on MSVC

Hi Emmanuel, I am wondering if the MSVC build process is officially supported.
I found aravis-msvc.yml under workflows and seems like it passes every CI Action, but is not mentioned in README.

Also, I would like to let you know that the dependency list linked on README for MSYS2 lacks some libraries.
I could successfully build aravis with MSYS2 after checking aravis/aravis-mingw.yml at main · AravisProject/aravis · GitHub

Hi,

MSVC is a supported platform, with a dedicated CI pipeline.

I have tweaked the README file a little bit, with a word about MSVC.
