Does Aravis have an interface to modify the camera’s IP address, subnet mask, and gateway?

arv-tool-0.8 allow to modify network settings, and relies on ArvCamera API:
- Aravis.Camera.gv_get_persistent_ip
- Aravis.Camera.gv_set_persistent_ip
- Aravis.Camera.gv_set_persistent_ip_from_string
- Aravis.Camera.gv_get_ip_configuration_mode
- Aravis.Camera.gv_set_ip_configuration_mode
